We acknowledge that for any design to be made a reality, it all starts from having a piece of land where the desired structure will sit or rest. This is made possible as we have a Land Surveying  Department, which is tasked with assisting clients ascertain the plot boundaries, do a search to   confirm  there is no incumbrance and there after processing of a land title if the client does not have one in the first place. 

 And also for purposes of Council Approval, We avail our clients with a Survey report which is a  prerequisite for any development under the new building regulations.
